Teacher Training Seminars

Next to providing instruction and training opportunities to youth workers active in the field of non-formal education, human rights education and civic education, HERMES’ key area of adult education is dedicated to our work with elementary and high school teachers. We regularly organize Teacher Training Seminars in which we provide professors of history, civic education, sociology, and other disciplines the opportunity to exchange knowledge and best practices with their colleagues. We also use these seminars to disseminate our original educational materials developed as teaching tools in (historical and contemporary) human rights education and critical pedagogy.
